PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the purchaser ("Buyer") and Purity Peptide, a provider of research-use-only materials via its website, https://puritypep.com ("Purity Peptide"). This Agreement governs the conditions, limitations, and responsibilities associated with the sale of MATERIALS by Purity Peptide.

Definition of MATERIAL

"MATERIAL" refers to all items, substances, and services offered and sold by Purity Peptide, including but not limited to peptides, proteins, liquids, powders, chemicals, labware, and related hardware.

Use Restrictions & Regulatory Compliance

All MATERIAL sold by Purity Peptide is intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. MATERIALS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION.

  • Products are not to be used in or as food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics.
  • Basic scientific research excludes any clinical or diagnostic use.
  • Buyer affirms that all MATERIALS will be handled only by qualified professionals in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
  • Buyer agrees that MATERIALS will not be repurposed, rebranded, or resold without prior written approval from Purity Peptide.

Purity Peptide is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical manufacturing facility under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (503A or 503B). No claims on this website have been evaluated by the FDA. Purity Peptide does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Age & Responsibility
  • Buyer must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.
  • All sales are made on the assumption that Buyer is a qualified researcher or affiliated with a qualified institution.
  • Buyer assumes all responsibility for understanding proper handling, legal compliance, and risk of use.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Purity Peptide shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper handling, or misrepresentation of MATERIAL. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Purity Peptide from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal actions arising from Buyer’s use of MATERIALS.

Purity Peptide disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the MATERIAL, including any guarantee of safety, efficacy, or non-infringement of third-party intellectual property.

Export, Redistribution & Commercial Use
  • MATERIALS are not licensed for resale or redistribution.
  • Commercial applications, including contract research or resale, are prohibited without express written consent.
  • Buyer may not export MATERIAL outside the United States.
  • If Buyer intends to transfer MATERIAL to a third party, Buyer must notify Purity Peptide in writing for approval.
Assumption of Risk

Buyer understands that:

  • MATERIALS may not be listed on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory.
  • Buyer is responsible for determining MATERIAL compliance under TSCA or any other regulatory framework.
  • Buyer acknowledges the risks inherent in handling research chemicals and agrees to take appropriate safety precautions.
Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or legal claims must be filed in the jurisdiction in which Purity Peptide operates. Buyer agrees to bear all legal costs incurred by Purity Peptide in the event of a dispute or breach of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between Buyer and Purity Peptide. No oral or other written agreements are valid unless expressly acknowledged in writing by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
